This international conference will be conducted in a Hybrid Mode, combining both Virtual and Physical participation. ICECCE 2023 is organized in collaboration with the IEEE UAE Section and will feature keynote speeches, contributory lectures, and poster presentations delivered by experts in the field, all centered around the conference's diverse topics.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Technical papers should adhere to the following formatting guidelines: they can be up to 6 pages long and should be formatted in standard IEEE camera-ready format, which includes double-column formatting with a 10-point font size. Authors are kindly requested to electronically submit their papers in PDF format through the ICECCE 2023 Microsoft CMT submission site, which can be accessed at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ICECCE2023.
